Enjoying a superb and unique location right on Duncannon’s beautiful beach with a private spiral staircase providing direct access, and stunning sea views available from the interior, Beach House is a wonderful pet-friendly choice for couples, friends and families. On the ground floor of your new home, you will find a light and airy open-plan living space with exceptional sea views, here you can rustle up your best dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six as you recount the day’s adventures. On warmer days, why not savour your meal alfresco out on the large terrace with a backdrop of sea views, followed by a walk along the beach? After dinner, retire to the plush seating in the sitting area with a glass of wine in hand and select a much-loved film on the TV as the evening’s entertainment. Completing the ground floor is a lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room, ideal for those with limited mobility. Head upstairs, where you can wash away the day in the well-appointed shower room, before discovering two further double bedrooms with sea views.
