9 Beach Walk is modern flat situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula, just a 2 minute walk to the famous Blue Flag Sandbanks beach. Flat 9 is situated on the second floor, accessible via the main block door (lower ground floor level) which leads to a lift or stairs. The entrance hall leads to a light and spacious lounge with a large balcony with seating. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped and there is a modern family bathroom. The three bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and comprise of master double with en-suite shower room, a double room and a twin bedded room. This property has a garage available to park one small car or it can be used as storage for bikes or water sports equipment. Beach Walk is set in leafy, mature communal gardens.

The National Trust owned Brownsea Island rests in the middle of Poole Harbour and is well worth an explore for its unique wildlife, heathland and lagoon.
