This family caravan is situated in a position where there is something that appeals to anybody.
It has immediate access to a local walking path and is 5 minutes away from a park and beach. Within 15 minutes you have access to the local town packed with shops, bars and restaurants.
The caravan itself is a new model and has all of the perks required to have a comfortable and relaxing break.
Lounge
The lounge has a 50″ flat-screen TV and an electronic fire as an alternative to central heating. With 2 x 1 seater (with a foot rest) and 1 x 2 seater a family of 4 can relax whilst admiring the beautiful views.
The sofa does convert into a double sofa bed if required.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped, unlike many other holiday homes it has a dishwasher and washing machine. Other amenities include a slow cooker, pans, and a halogen oven. There is an island that can be used for prepping meals and there is a sitting area for dining and drinks.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a high-powered shower. Fitted wardrobes allow for ample storage. A 32” flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2
This room has twin beds that can be joined to make a double again with sufficient storage space. A 32” flat screen TV. Located next door to the main bathroom which has a high-powered shower.
Patio
Complete with a table and 4 chairs.
Letting arrangements
A £50 deposit is required upon booking with the remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date (Linen and towels are included). For special offers less than 6 weeks full payment is required when placing the booking.
This does not include entertainment passes which can be purchased from the park. Check-in and check-out times are in line with Haven policy (Check-in: 1 p.m. and check-out: 10 am).
