Part of two charming properties set all on the ground floor and enjoying luscious views of the surrounding countryside in Ceredigion, Mid Wales. With splendid living areas and much to see and do in the area, this is the perfect spot for a rural retreat with your family and friends. To the back of the properties lies an immaculately kept lawn area, where the children can play whilst you watch on and soak up the summer sun. There is walking and cycling right from your doorstep here at Blaenywawr, including a lovely coastal walk. Blaenywawr is ideally located, sitting within easy reach of several popular destinations: Aberaeron, Lampeter, Llanrhystud (all around 8 miles away) and Tregaron just 2 miles further. Aberaeron is renowned for its colourful, postcard-perfect harbour, scenic coastal walks, and excellent range of restaurants. The nearby National Trust site, Llanerchaeron, is also well worth a visit. Lampeter, a traditional market town, is home to attractions including the Welsh Quilt Centre, Cae Hir Gardens, a local museum, and is within reach of the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. Llanrhystud offers a Green Flag award-winning beach and the nearby Penrhos 18-hole championship golf course. On the way, you can enjoy a stop at Fantasy Farm Park, a working farm with outdoor play areas and tractor rides.
