This property is perfect for friends and families, with three spacious bedrooms, an open-plan living space, a hot tub, and plenty of off-road parking. Park up the cars in the generous driveway and step into this cheerful 1930s bungalow, which combines contemporary and original features throughout. The first bedroom has a double bed, and a charming bay window, the second bedroom has a double bed and an impressive full-length bay window, making this space bright and snug, and the last bedroom is also a double with the warmth of the wooden flooring, making this an ideal space to rest your head at night. The living space is clean-cut and welcoming containing the kitchen with a display AGA cooker, sitting within a classically bricked fireplace. There is a double oven to whip up a feast and a dining area for everyone to catch up on the day’s events. The living area has plenty of room for relaxation, you can lounge on the L-shaped sofa or flick on the TV. The patio doors open to the pleasing enclosed garden. The garden has a hot tub which is ideal for all seasons, as it is tucked away under a canopy, and a lawn area great for socialising in the sun. Just a short walk away, you can visit Point of Ayr Lighthouse; which can be visited via a lovely walk through sand dunes. It is a picturesque historic landmark, which is a great place to enjoy the sunsets, and walk the dogs. Be at one with nature at Rhaeadr Dyserth Waterfall; climb the steps to see the waterfall, and the view of the surroundings, with a few caves to explore upstream. Gwrych Castle is a Grade I listed building, providing an enjoyable walk, photo challenges, and a chance to see where ‘I’m a Celebrity’ was filmed, with props still in place for you to view. Slightly further afield, families can visit Chester Zoo, which is home to over 37,000 animals covering 130 acres, and if your legs get tired exploring, you can always take the river boat, adding a touch of relaxation to the trip.
