Our privately owned caravan is situated within the Butlin’s resort in Minehead it is located away from the main caravan site a short walk to the main Butlin’s and very close to the caravan only pub the Highwayman around the quieter lakes so peaceful retreat for young and old.
8 ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RENTAL, just as if you were hiring a chalet. Any ticketed event can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
All caravan utilities (gas, electric and water) are also included.
The caravan is double glazed and electric heating is situated throughout the caravan.. Our 8 berth Willerby caravan was revamped in 2019 and has 3 bedrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, bath/shower.
3 Bedrooms-one double bedroom and two sets of twins all good size beds with built in wardrobes and storage cupboards.
There is also a new pull out double bed in the lounge.
Pillows and duvets are provided but please bring your own bed linen. You will also need to bring your own towels,dishcloth, toiletries ect
Kitchen- fully equipped with fitted 3/4 fridge and 1/4 freezer microwave, full size gas cooker, kettle, toaster, dish washer, iron and board.. We also provide loads of kitchen items like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, tin foil and cleaning stuff.
Lounge- gas fire, 24″ TV with built in DVD and freeview channels.. wide range off board games and overlooking the lake with a door to private patio area
Bathroom-bath/shower wash basin and separate toilet and Basin
Outside- large patio area with table set and large private parking space for one car situated on its own next to the caravan. Additional cars can be unloaded and parked in main car park
Check in time is 4pm and checkout 10am
Deposit of £50 for holiday stays or £150 for an event/over 18’s weekends is required to secure your holiday with the balance being paid 8 week before the start break. (UPDATE as I have to fix my security deposit for all breaks at the same amount if booking through this site there will be a £100 refundable fee)
This is used as a security deposit for each booking against damage/breakages. This is refunded (by them automatically after 5 days) or by me on confirmation there is no damage when caravan is checked after your departure.
In addition to the usual Butlins environment there are many Minehead attractions including beach, coastal walk, the West Somerset Railway, nearby Exmoor and medieval village on Dunster and Dunster Castle also Minehead has a wide range of cafe’s, bars and restaurants with a choice of supermarkets a 2 minute drive away.
