Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the sitting room, which is an inviting space to unwind and get into the holiday mode as it features a warming woodburning stove, two plush sofas, and a Smart TV and a choice of board games perfect for those evenings in to enjoy everyone’s company.
You will find everything you need to cook up some delightful meals in the spacious kitchen and dining room, as it is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, including an electric oven and induction hob.
The utility room houses a fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine, providing all the conveniences of home.
A handy cloakroom with a basin and toilet completes the ground floor layout.
Outside, the enclosed front garden is a fabulous spot to enjoy the fresh sea air, with a seating area where you can sit back and soak up the captivating sea views whilst dining alfresco, or having a sip of your favourite wine when watching the sunset.
