Captain’s Rest is a family friendly seaside holiday house in Criccieth – you’re a stone’s throw from the beach! Laid out over three floors, this beachside holiday house has plenty of room and boasts brilliant sea views from both sitting rooms.
There are two sitting rooms and both of them have amazing sea views – the shore is on your doorstep! The ground floor sitting room has sofas set around a gas log burner effect stove and a wall hung flat screen TV.
On the third floor you’ll find the second sitting room. It has a large window with views out to sea, a large corner sofa, books and board games for entertainment if you can bear to tear your gaze away from the views! This is the ideal space for a bit of relaxation.
The contemporary kitchen is bright and has a Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. From the kitchen you can head into the dining room which has a glass roof! This room is brilliant in the summer, but bright in the winter months.
On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms. The master room has a king sized bed and sea views. The second room has twin single beds.
On the third floor is another bedroom which has a double bed.
Captain’s Rest has two family bathrooms, one with large walk-in shower, loo, wash hand basin and underfloor heating. The second bathroom has a shower, loo and wash hand basin.
There is no garden here, however there is a small paved area to the front where you can sit on the bench to enjoy a morning coffee if you like. At the back there is a gravelled narrow space where you can store bikes. However, you are literally overlooking the beach at Captain’s Rest.
The best bit about staying in Criccieth is that there’s so much here without having to jump in the car. Fab places to eat and drink, great walks, a castle, to explore and lovely local shops. Some of the best ice cream is found in Cadwaladers and the best fish n chip shop on the Llŷn Peninsula are both less than a two minute walk away. You’re close to attractions, activities and fab places to eat and drink. Happy holiday memories will be made here!
