The kitchen carries a classic design, elevated by colourful tiles, and a dining table which lies to the opposite side of the room, including seating for four people. After a heart-warming meal, cosy up in the lounge, complimented by grey sofas, and an electric flame effect woodburner, tucked away into a lovely stone fireplace. Stairs lead up to two double bedrooms, mirroring each other in style with pretty décor, bedside tables, and wardrobes to complete the formation. Wonderful tones of duck egg blue are laced into the bedding and curtains, to create an all-round soothing aura. Lastly, the bathroom boasts a sense of charm, comprising of a bath with shower over for a refreshing finish. From the property, you will find a lovely courtyard with an outbuilding, doubling up as a utility area with plenty of space for your extra belongings. There is much to do in Woodhall Spa, with a heated open air swimming pool, a range of sports and leisure facilities, woodland walks, and a children’s play area. The Roman city of Lincoln is only 20 miles away, and the East coast lies a leisurely 35 minute drive.
