Outside is a secluded, enclosed, southwest-facing patio area, that offers secure, covered bike storage. There are excellent amenities right on the doorstep, with specialist food shops including a bakery and butcher selling award-winning pies located nearby. Being so close to the beautiful Lake District, why not drive over to Newby Bridge and Lakeside to hop on board the Windermere Steamer and travel up to Bowness-on-Windermere and Ambleside? The Aquarium at Lakeside and the steam railway will keep the younger guests entertained, whilst in Cartmel, be sure to visit the Priory, enjoy one of the excellent pubs, or dine in style at the famous L’Enclume restaurant. Church View makes an ideal base for discovering this wonderful corner of Cumbria and the Lake District.
