Up on the second floor is the master suite with a super kingsize double with vi-spring mattress, boasting its own shower room, and more of those inspiring views stretching from the Juliet balcony, to the green countryside backed by the sea. Much of Port Issac is unchanged from its fishing days, with an abundance of character properties clustered behind the harbour. Meander down winding, narrow streets and discover numerous shops, tea rooms and restaurants selling local produce. Within easy reach are the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock. Further afield is Padstow with its chocolate-box sea front and many watering holes to quench your thirst. Explore Bodmin Moor and its fascinating archaeological remains scattered across wind swept uplands. A wonderful retreat you’ll be itching to return to.
