Set on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen overlooking fields and a cosy sitting room with a dining area and TV, where you can sit and plan your day’s adventures over a morning cup of coffee. Outside, you can sit on the private patio and lawned area and enjoy the tranquillity whilst looking out across landscaped gardens, with its resident chickens and guinea fowl and distant rolling fields. The area is surrounded by lovely countryside views and walks across the Carmarthenshire hills, and traditional Welsh towns such as Newcastle Emlyn within 15 miles or Cardigan and the stunning Ceredigion Bay, 22 miles, with its famous dolphins. You are ideally placed to explore the beautiful South Wales beaches, including the stunning harbour seaside town of Tenby, just 30 miles away or perhaps soak up some of the culture of the area and follow Dylan Thomas to his iconic Boathouse home in Laugharne only 15 miles away. There are numerous outdoor activities in the area such as, canoeing, fishing, coasteering or just enjoying the vast stretches of the Wales Coast Path, taking in much of the Pembrokeshire National Park. A perfect retreat for couples and young families to enjoy the abundance of walks, outdoor activities, numerous beaches and stunning local historic towns.
