3 bedroomed holiday home with full wrap around decking, Wifi & 50″ tv with Netflix.
Location: This holiday home is located on Freshfields area. Around a 5 minute walk to Fun Works, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the golf course & 2 minutes to the lake.
Living Area: A beautiful open plan living area with dining table, 50″ tv with netflix and free WIFI. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven with hob and air fryer. There is enough forks, knifes, spoons, cups, plates & bowls for up to 6 people. There is plenty of cupboard space. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket plus sweeping brush.
Heating: The caravan has electric heating in the bedrooms and an electric fire.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 double with luxury mattress and 2 twin rooms beds. All beds made up on arrival.
Bathroom: Main bathroom includes Toilet shower and sink plus a 2nd toilet room with toilet and sink.
Outside of the caravan: there is a large full wrap around decking with a table and chairs, plus designated area for car parking. Large clothes dryer also available.
Electric car charging: there are charging points in the shop car park on site. Under no circumstances should you charge your car at the caravan anyone doing so will be asked to leave site and the security bond will not be refunded.
Arrival & departures: check in for the caravan is from 3:30pm on your arrival date. On the decking we have a key box where we keep the key. The code to access this box will be text to you on your arrival day. Check out is before 10:30am on your departure date. Our changeover days are Monday’s and Friday’s.
Important info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex are NOT included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
