The property is situated in a beautiful hamlet at the foot of Torrent Walk 2 miles from Dolgellau, Gwynedd. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard. The cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable getaway in a picturesque setting. Decked access leads you into the attractive glass and oak entrance porch and boot store. The cottage has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king-sized bed the other which has two singles (which can be zipped together to form a king-sized bed). There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can be used by prior arrangement.
The ground floor also houses a stylish shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, and underfloor heating, ensuring a warm and inviting environment as you prepare for your day.
For your convenience, a utility room is available, fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an additional heated towel rail, basin, and WC. Upstairs has a comfortable large living room with large windows providing amazing views. Ideal for relaxing and bird watching. The cottage is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning local wildlife and countryside including Torrent Walk, or exploring the beautiful mountains and beaches slightly further afield. Local attractions include Precipice Walk, Mawddach Trail, Coed Y Brenin trail and MTB centre and the majestic Cader Idris. Beautiful sandy Barmouth and Aberdyfi Beaches are only a short distance away. Whilst the cottage feels remote the attractive market town of Dolgellau is just 2 miles from the house, offering a range of local amenities.
