FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds and wardrobe. Family Bathroom with lantern skylight over slipper bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Corner Cottage is nestled on the edge of the New Forest National Park, along a quiet country lane. This spacious and characterful cottage offers a welcoming retreat for up to eight guests.
Downstairs, a sociable open-plan living space provides areas for cooking, dining, and unwinding in front of the wood-burning stove. A separate cosy sitting room, complete with a piano and board games, offers a peaceful haven for relaxation, ensuring space for the whole family to spread out. A downstairs bedroom overlooks the garden, adding to the sense of tranquillity.
Upstairs, a large master suite, two further bedrooms, and a glorious family bathroom with a lantern skylight and slipper bath complete the accommodation.
Outside, the large, well-established gardens can be enjoyed in every season, with spaces for dining, playing, and simply soaking up the peace and quiet. There is also ample parking on the private driveway.
The market town of Ringwood is a short drive away, with a good selection of restaurants, café’s, pubs and shops. Award winning beaches are within a 20 minute drive, as is Paulton’s Park and Peppa Pig world. Other local attractions include The New Forest Water Park and Moors Valley Country Park, and with the New Forest National Park right on the doorstep, there are wonderful walks and cycle routes to explore making Corner Cottage the perfect holiday base.
The gardens are a particularly lovely feature of Corner Cottage, with seasonal planting and large lawns to the front, rear and side. A paved terrace has outdoor furniture for meals and drinks, with a gas barbecue and festoon lighting. There is a trampoline and swing for children to enjoy, and a comfy egg chair for grown up’s to kick back and relax.
There is private parking for three cars on the gated driveway, and additional parking on the private lane outside the property.

Mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking Sitting Room – The decorative wood burning stove is not currently in use Pets: Two dogs accepted. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking). Dogs must be fully housetrained, well behaved and kept off the beds and furniture. Dogs need to be fully supervised whilst in the garden and kept on a long lead. Please note £30 pet charge per pet per week applies. Children: All ages welcome. Travel cot (please bring own bedding), highchair and stair gate provided on request. Bicycle Storage: Available within a garden shed (please bring own padlock if required). EV Charging: Not available at this property. Nearest points in Ringwood. Short Breaks: Available any time outside of school holidays. Beaches: Highcliffe Beach, Avon Beach and Mudeford all within 15 miles (25 minutes by car). Local Facilities: Tesco Express and The London Tavern, Poulner (0.7 miles) and The Alice Lisle Inn, Rockford (2 miles). Plenty of café’s, restaurants and pubs in Ringwood (2.5miles), plus Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Lidl supermarkets. Other local attractions include The New Forest Water Park (5 miles), Moors Valley Country Park (5.5 miles) and Paultons Park & Peppa Pig World (13 miles).
