The surrounding rolling chalk countryside offers ample walking and cycling opportunities, with a network of footpaths and trails, whilst the historic market towns of Market Weighton, Beverley and Driffield are close by. Visit Sledmere House, Beverley Minster and the Yorkshire Air Museum, or take a day trip to York to visit the sights, including The National Railway Museum and the Jorvic Viking Centre. The seaside resorts of Bridlington and Filey are sure to be a big hit with the children, while Bempton RSPB Reserve will facinate all ages.
