    Cosy Bee is a delightful ground-floor cottage that can be found lying at the centre of Heysham village. Sitting close to the coast, this charming dwelling provides a fabulous base for small groups of up to four seeking an escape by sea with their four-legged friends. Snuggle in the lounge on the plush grey sofa and easy chair, by the electric fire, turning on the wall-mounted Smart TV as you relax and unwind with a movie, before indulging in a hearty dinner at the dining table, lovingly prepared in the well-equipped kitchen filled with handy utensils and appliances such as the gas cooker and electric stove. Make yourself at home in the pretty double bedroom, decorated with bright yellow hues making this a wonderful space to retire to at the end of the evening. Guests staying in the attractive twin bedroom can unpack their belongings into the storage provided within the wardrobes and admire the views of the well-kept back garden from the window within. Freshen up in the airy shower room with a wash in the spacious walk-in shower, before grabbing your towel from the chair and getting ready for a fun-filled day exploring the local area. Make the most of the enclosed back garden by dining alfresco at the outdoor seating area or stepping outside for a breath of fresh air as you sip on a warm brew on a crisp winter’s morning. Hike up the famous Heysham Cliffs to see breath-taking landscapes before descending down to incredible ruins of St Patrick’s Chapel and learning of the local history on a visit to Heysham Heritage Centre. Enjoy a trip to Morecambe for a stroll along The Stone Jetty before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the nearby cafes, washing it down with a tasty pint in the local pub. Hop in the car and head for the City of Lancaster to enjoy a day of shopping and exploring historical sites such as the magnificent 12th-century Lancaster Castle, the ancient Roman Bath House and the 18th-century Judges Lodgings Museum home to grand Gillow furniture and fabulous art.
