Cottage 1 Newcourt is a mews cottage that can be found in Torquay, Devon. The property is situated within gates and has been decorated with a light and modern feel. It opens up to an open-plan living room with a fully-equipped entertainment system, including a TV, DVD player, a selection of books and games, ideal for a cosy family night in. There is a dining area for up to four people and a fitted kitchen. For a day trip as a family, why not venture towards Living Coasts, a coastal zoo owned by South West Environmental Parks. Let’s not forget about Torre Abbey, a historic building and art gallery. It was founded in 1196 as a monastery for Premonstratensian canons, and is now the best-preserved medieval monastery in Devon and Cornwall. Also nearby is Kents Cavern, a cave system which is most notable for its archaeological and geological features. It has been open to the public and was named a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest since 1952.
