Courtyard House is a delightful stone cottage, in a fabulous picturesque and relatively quiet street, yet within only a few minutes’ walk of Dartmouth’s famous waterfront, boutiques, galleries and restaurants. For those looking to explore South Devon’s coastline, the beaches of Start Bay can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive, whilst the all-weather family attraction Woodlands Leisure Park is just four miles away.
The property has a modern, well equipped open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with plenty of storage and an en suite shower room.
