Located in the heart of Salcombe, Coxswains Watch is a fantastic duplex apartment with its own private entrance from Fore Street. Walk just a few yards into town, where you will find fabulous boutique shops, award-winning restaurants and fantastic pubs. Salcombe’s quayside is a wonderful spot for crabbing with the children, whilst the tiny foot passenger ferry offers quick and easy access to the nearby sandy beaches of East Portlemouth.
The property boasts an open plan layout with uninterrupted views over the famous estuary. There is a lounge/dining/kitchen area with a wide bay window overlooking the harbour, plus a TV with Sky, a comfortable lounge suite and a dining table seating eight. There are three bedrooms in total: the first has a wide picture window offering fabulous estuary views and a super-King size bed. The second bedroom is a twin with two 3′ single beds which can be zipped together to provide a super-King size bed on request. Bedroom three has a set of bunk beds – a single above a double bed. There is also a contemporary shower room, a family bathroom, a utility room, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Whilst small, the terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm Salcombe summer evenings. Included with your stay is a parking pass for the long-stay Creek Car Park which is only a short ten-minute walk away. Broadband is available.
