With a southerly aspect overlooking a pretty communal garden at the rear is Crabapple Cottage, a two bedroom mid terrace property within the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth. This purpose-built collection of self-catering holiday homes, are situated in a peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach. Onsite there are a variety of shared facilities including tennis courts, children’s outdoor play areas and an indoor splash pool (seasonal opening hours), making this an ideal holiday choice for families with children. The open plan living space has a light and airy ambience with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a smaller room with a 4′ double bed, plus a family bathroom. There is one allocated parking space plus visitor parking nearby. Crabapple Cottage benefits from easy access to the coastal footpaths, Maenporth Cove and Swanpool Beach. Guests wanting to enjoy a game of tennis are just a stone’s throw away from the all weather courts whilst those wanting to relax will appreciate the private terrace. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns. Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the Truro River. New for 2023 is a newly refurbished, fully licensed cafe/bar/restaurant on-site.Open from 1 April until end of October 10am-10pm seven days a week.Providing a lovely, family friendly and attractive place for visitors to relax and enjoy a meal or drinks.Included on the menu are brunch/snacks, ice creams, barista-quality coffee and house wines and beers.In the evening cocktails and a tasty meals from quality, local produce.Also offering a takeaway service with the shop area stocking a selection of quality, everyday items including fresh milk and bread etc.
