The property is in a rural situation with views towards the Moelwyn mountains, situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, close to the village of Llan Ffestiniog, about 3 miles from Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd.

    This characterful retreat offers basic but comfortable accommodation and is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering off-road parking and a garden.
