This beautiful cottage is located in the tranquil hamlet of Catterlen only 3 miles North of the market town of Penrith and less than a 10 minute drive from Ullswater the 2nd largest Lake in the Lake District. Set all on the ground floor, this tastefully converted sandstone cottage, originally a cow byre, offers couples a modern and luxurious getaway perfect for a romantic retreat. The property is located on the owners land . Penrith is a beautiful, historic, market town with lots on offer for visitors. It has many independent shops, boutique cafes and lovely cobbled streets. Why not take a trip to the cinema or take in a show at the theatre? The quaint town of Keswick is only a 25-minute drive away. Keswick is a great centre point for exploring the North Lakes and has a variety of museums to visit, or you can enjoy a boat trip on Lake Derwentwater.
