When you’re ready, head out to explore Burton Bradstock and visit the famous Hive beach café or savour a meal in one of the local pubs. Spend time meandering whilst taking in the stunning local coastline or take a drive to West Bay, which is less than two miles away, giving you a chance to explore the colourful fishing harbour and to sample some of the locally caught crabs and lobsters. A drive to historic Abbotsbury is also highly-recommended during your time in the region, after you have explored the village and you have paid a visit to the sub-tropical gardens and Swannery, you can journey along the coast road which spans the whole of the Chesil beach and view the breath-taking coastline from the top of Abbotsbury Hill.
