From a shared entrance on the ground floor, two flights of stairs lead up to the duplex apartment. From here, you will enter a spacious hallway, off which are the reception areas, kitchen and main bathroom.
The living space has been tastefully modernised, but still retains its original features including beautiful antique pine flooring. Featuring two large and comfortable sofas, as well as a feature fireplace with electric stove, the lounge is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind. The single bedroom can also be used as a ‘snug room’ with bi-folding doors leading out onto a sun trap roof terrace with Bistro table and chairs
