Drive through the electric gate before parking up in the secure off-road parking space and making your way towards your holiday home, with its sleek, grey door and stone-fronted porch. Step inside and kick-off your walking boots and house them under the shoe bench, ready for a Yorkshire adventure. Discover the open-plan living space, well-presented with contemporary décor, ideal for a family of five and their canine companion. The kitchen is matte charcoal with copper finishing’s and is home to an electric range cooker, induction hob, microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher to keep the space tidy. Settle down at the dining table to tuck-into a feast, uncork a bottle of fizz to toast to your getaway. Relax and unwind on the L-shaped sofa, with a wall-mounted TV, Amazon Firestick, and views of the rolling hills to keep you entertained. Catch-up on your reading in the conservatory, flooded in natural light and with access to the balcony to soak in more of your rural location. Gather in the enclosed garden and take a seat on the furniture. As the evening draws to a close, retreat indoors and climb upstairs to the first floor to prepare for a night’s embrace in the shower room to wash the day away. There are three beautiful bedrooms, all with built-in storage; choose between a king-size, a double or a single to rest your head. Awaken with a steaming cup of coffee and a cooked breakfast, courtesy of the kitchen appliances and admire the unspoilt landscape, which includes a natural pond, from your balcony. A short walk will lead you to a host of shops for any last-minute essentials, as well as independent cafes and fabulous eateries for a break from the kitchen. Jump in the car and embark to the bustling town of Keighley, home to a quirky museum displaying buses, a neo-Gothic museum in a castle and the National Trust site of East Riddlesden Hall for a romantic stroll. Be sure to visit the famous village of Haworth to walk along the cobbled Main Street, where you will discover a wide selection of restaurants, the iconic Brontë Parsonage Museum for Literature lovers, as well as Central Park for a picnic. A trip to North Yorkshire wouldn’t be complete without visiting Skipton, home to an impressive 12th-century castle, the Craven Museum & Gallery, a plethora of shops and eateries and the stunning walking sports of Skipton Castle Woods and Lady Anne’s Way, there is even a weekly market where you can purchase local goods!
