The sitting room, complete with a large TV, offers a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. If you’re seeking some peace and quiet, you can find a separate snug at the rear of the property, with board games and a relaxed atmosphere. The property also boasts two games rooms, offering a choice of pool or table football to bring out your competitive side Step outside to the expansive enclosed rear garden, which not only features a well-maintained lawn and outdoor furniture but also a highly desirable hot tub – an absolute treat for those seeking to unwind and indulge in a relaxing evening under the stars. To the side, a gravelled area with a picnic bench provides a further space for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the fresh air in a tranquil setting. The property boasts ten beautifully appointed bedrooms spread over three floors. There are plenty of en-suite bedrooms, which add a nice touch of privacy. All rooms can be set up as king-size or twin as required, but two will work better as twin rooms – this is our standard configuration.
