Ffrwdd Galed Isaf is a lovely grade 2 listed stone cottage located in Tregarth, Wales. It lies in a charming village house that dates back many years and touches of this history can be found throughout the property. With the lovely woodburning stove in the lounge, this is a perfect spot to relax after a tiring day. You can settle down as a family with the flat screen TV or use the comfortable sofas as a social space. The cosy dining area has seating for up to four people, and can be used for eating or as a work space. The kitchen has a lovely set of pristine white units and worktops, with a range of high-quality appliances. There are three bedrooms: one ground floor single, one first floor double and one first floor single. The bedrooms are lightly decorated with a splash of colour in the purple tartan bed linen and curtains to coincide with the wooden furniture, and soft grey carpet. The property has a wealth of character with the exposed beams and hardwood flooring on the ground floor. There is a separate family shower downstairs, making for easy access to anyone with limited mobility. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Outside has a large lawned garden and patio area with furniture provided. Settle down with a refreshing glass of wine and enjoy the sunset after the day’s events. Tregarth is in an excellent location to discover new and exciting attractions, Zip World Penrhyn Quarry is merely 1.2 miles away. It is a fun day out for the whole family. Garth Pier is a Grade II listed structure and is considered the second longest pier in Wales, at 1,500 feet in length.
