Our brand new 36’ x 12’ caravan is a perfect holiday home. It is ideally situated on Willow Grove and sited around the small play area.
Sleeps 6 or 7 if one is aged 2 or under
The van has 3 bedrooms (one double with a kingsize bed and en-suite and two twin rooms) plus a comfortable double bed that pulls out in the lounge
Fully equipped throughout with full central heating
The lounge has a ‘U’ shaped seating area, an electric fan heater for cooler evenings, an upright fan heater for warmer days and a large Freeview tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a slow cooker, crockery, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner
All three bedrooms come with adequate storage and comfortable beds. All bedding is supplied, and beds are made up for your arrival. (If you think you need a waterproof sheet, we ask that you provide your own.)
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. (There is a separate toilet in the en-suite in the double bedroom.)
For your safety, a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke alarm are all fitted and electrical appliances are fully PAT-tested
Gas and electricity are both included in the price. The caravan is cleaned to a high standard after each booking to COVID-19 regulations
You will need to provide your own Towels, Tea Towels, Dishcloths, etc.
This is a no-smoking caravan and strictly no pets.
PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
£100 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates and balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival
If arrival is less than 6 weeks from booking, full payment is required.
£100 security bond to be paid (this is refunded after inspection of the van that there are no damages and that the van is left in a clean and tidy condition)
