Skipton is also home to a golf club, a park and the renowned Skipton Market, a tradition that has been upheld since medieval times, with stalls set up on the cobbled high street four times a week, where you can pick up a range of fantastic produce. A ten-minute drive away from the cottage is the Coniston Hotel, which features a restaurant, luxury spa, shooting and 4 x 4 off-road experience, making for a fantastic day out. Take a break from driving and enjoy the views with a journey along the Settle to Carlisle railway or the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway.
