Maple Tree is our lovely 2022, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with a wraparound private decking that is situated on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards.
We are now taking online bookings for 2023 in our brand-new caravan – Maple.
The caravan is double-glazed, central heated and well-equipped to ensure you have a real home-from-home experience.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, making it comfortable for 8 people to sleep. There’s also a flat-screen TV in the lounge.

The Golden Palm Resort has a large clubhouse, which hosts some of the best entertainment on the east coast. It also has a soft play area, a lovely heated fun pool with slides and play areas for young children around the park, along with shops and takeaways.
Golden Palm is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the centre of Chapel St Leonards, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Within a 5-minute drive, you could be at Fantasy Island and the market at Ingoldmells, as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops.
