Family owned caravan in quiet location.on this newly refurbished park. But in walking distance of bar/restaurant/cafe/amusements and children’s play area. There is also an Aqua Park. There is a bus stop outside of park and a swimming pool approx 1 mile away in the busy town of Mablethorpe which also hosts the 3rd top beack in England which is also dog friendly.

Its unique style covers all your requirements, with the bedrooms either end (provides more privacy) ensuite to main bedroom, plus another shower room, lots of storage then in the centre is the lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and reading area.
Large smart TV in lounge with further TV in main bedroom
There is a side gated decking and parking for 2 cars.
Fishing right outside caravan and regular visits from ducks, geese and swans (George and Mildred).
Daily fishing permit required from site.
Deflead dogs welcome but please not in bedrooms.
Loads of walks close by.
The two single beds cannot be put together due to layout of second bedroom.
Extensive kitchen equipment.
