    On the first floor, there is an extensive master suite with generous en-suite, a glass front and balcony overlooking Beer and the beautiful sea views beyond. Next to this is an additional family bathroom complete with a sauna.

    Outside, you can sit and enjoy the sunset in the terraced gardens with a refreshing glass of wine.

    The small village of Beer has a sheltered shingle beach and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy. Situated on the Jurassic Coast, there are plenty of stunning coastal walks to try.

    The seaside town of Seaton is just over a mile from Beer with a shingle beach and small harbour, and the nearby Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve. The city of Exeter is just a 45 minute drive away.
