    Gwynant is a semi-detached Victorian property is situated in Morfa Nefyn, a village resting atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, with a fine two-mile stretch of sandy beach. Renovated to a high standard, Gwynant is perfect for families and friends, a wonderful layout located over three floors*, with distant sea views, just a short walk from the coastal path and close to two beaches, offering plenty of space to unwind in style in a beautiful setting. The interior comprises of a homely lounge with a wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room which conveniently seats up to 12 people. Enjoy a day exploring the coastal village, then return here for some quality time together, discussing more of those up-and-coming adventures. Five bedrooms are divided between the upper floors; Top floor 1 x Double and 1 x Treble (3 single beds), second floor 1 x Single, first floor 2 x Double. Two bathroom’s and a shower room are included within the property with one rested on the ground floor, to finish the cottage at a level of excellence. Morfa Nefyn boasts a Post Office, a wonderful village shop with a cafe, two pubs and restaurants. The Ty Coch Inn is arguably the best pub in Wales and is officially in the top ten beach bars in the world according to a survey online. With views across the Irish Sea and a sandy beach on its doorstep what better way to spend your evening. The Ty Coch is a lovely walk along the cliff top and Porth Dinllaen beach. You are also lucky enough to have the The Golf Club at Nefyn close by, this is one of the United Kingdom’s secret gems and rivals almost anything in terms of its spectacular location. A tiny promontory that juts out from the Llyn Peninsula into the Irish Sea and is truly a great experience for anyone. The golf club can be used by guests if you purchase a weekly or daily pass. The nearby town of Nefyn also offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and watersports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and insightful walks. A getaway for all the family.
