Glyndwr’s Way national trail and Cycle Route 25 run through the village, both offering beautiful scenery on the doorstep. A short drive away are the Cambrian Mountains and the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons), which provide even more of a walking challenge. Enjoy a ride on the Brecon Mountain Railway through breathtaking scenery, the beautiful lakes of the Elan Valley or the Red Kite Feeding Station at Rhayader.
