The village rests at the foot of the Milltir Cerrig mountain pass, in the heart of the Berwyn Mountains in Powys. The cottage is in a fantastic location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and climbers, and a walk to Rhaeadr Waterfall should not be shirked, as it is the highest single drop waterfall in the UK. For a calmer walk, but equally as stunning, a trail leads from the cottage in the other direction to St Melangells Church, one of the remotest churches in Britain.
