We have a lovely, comfortable 2 bedroom caravan on Herons Mead Caravan Park and Fishing Lakes in the Skegness area of Orby,
Situated on a beautiful, award-winning, peaceful site with 2 well-stocked fishing lakes (carp, tench, rudd and roach).
Nestled in the countryside it offers high quality facilities, including “The Hide” Bar and Restaurant which serves such a wonderful choice of meals, drinks and culinary delights. It is so relaxing especially when sitting outside alongside the beautiful lakes and serene landscape.
A favourite place for many people to visit is “The Hide” and it makes me feel very fortunate in having this on the amazing, well kept and beautiful site which is Herons Mead.
The lovely caravan is used for our holidays as well as renting it out. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds which will easily join to make a double bed.
The caravan is very comfortable and we call it a “happy place”. It has the benefit of a full veranda and decking with a gate.
Car parking is next to the caravan.
One dog is welcome and there is a lovely dog walk nearby to the gorgeous woodland.
Herons Mead is the perfect peaceful location for your holiday, it’s so close to the coast yet beautifully situated in the countryside.
Around a 10 minutes drive to the seaside resorts of Chapel St Leonards and Ingoldmells, then on to the very popular seaside resort of Skegness.
The site is set in such a lovely rural location where you can have pleasant walks near the lakes and woodland, yet it is so close if you prefer a day out in the seaside resorts.
