Hideaway in Docking is a stylishly renovated period cottage that offers a tranquil escape for couples and small groups. With its spacious open-plan sitting area, modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and enclosed courtyard garden, Hideaway in Docking provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy with village amenities within walking distance and Brancaster a short drive away, it is the perfect choice for those wishing to explore the beautiful nearby beaches, or simply unwind in the inviting ambience. As you enter the property, you'll be greeted with a spacious, open-plan sitting and dining area with oak flooring, complemented by a modern kitchen. The sitting area exudes light and modernity, complete with a wood-burning stove, Amazon enabled Smart television and comfortable, contemporary furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen features a skylight and glazed doors opening out to the courtyard garden, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere for dining and relaxation. Upstairs, Hideaway in Docking offers two well-appointed bedrooms and a modern shower room. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features full-size twin beds. The nearby shower room provides a walk-in shower, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Additionally, the property provides a travel cot and high chair for families with young children that can be provided by prior request. Outside, the cottage offers fully enclosed walled courtyard garden at the rear, providing a nice spot for al fresco dining. Although there is no designated off-street parking, guests will find no parking restrictions in the village, making it convenient to park nearby or behind the cottage. A pathway from the side of the cottage leads to the charming garden, accessible through a wrought iron gate. The Hideaway is conveniently situated within walking distance of the village amenities, including a pub, fish and chip shop, village store, children's playground, and fishing lake. Additionally, the popular attractions of Burnham Market and the stunning coastline at Brancaster and Thornham are just a short drive away. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Pillows and duvets are synthetic fibre. Some pods for the Nespresso coffee machine are supplied at the beginning of your stay. Travel cot and high chair are available by prior request. Please bring your own cot linen.
