On the ground-floor you will also find the first of the three bedrooms, a spacious super-king-size with blue walls, abundant furniture and a handy en-suite bathroom. Climb the stairs to find the next two bedrooms, beginning with a twin room with a zip-link and plenty of storage and a lovely family bedroom with a bunk bed and double bed, along with a bathroom. Outside the sunroom opens up onto a patio where you can enjoy a relaxing evening with a glass of your favourite beverage in hand and a view of the beach, and the garden also offers a large lawn, shrubs and a pond. Lyme Regis is a fantastic holiday destination, just a short journey from the property itself, offering a host of activities including an aquarium, two museums, historical buildings such as The Town Mill and Langmoor and Lister Gardens, all a perfect day out. As seen from the property, the coastline of Lyme Regis and the surrounding area is simply stunning, with fantastic access to so many beaches including Monmouth Beach and Lyme Regis Beach, where you will be able to search for fossils amongst the rocks. The town centre offers loads of great shops selling local craft, produce and fossils and there is many eateries welcoming you to dine out.
