With open country views and a charming lakeside setting, High Rigg Shepherd’s Hut is well-suited to couples looking for a romantic break away together. Pop open a bottle of fizz left for you on arrival and enjoy a real treat with your loved one, either out on the decking or while eating the complimentary locally made shepherd’s pie at the dining table. You have a lovely indoor seating area next to the log-burning stove and a well-appointed kitchenette for rustling up romantic dinners. Open the French doors on a sunny day and let the outside in while you delve into a good book or simply take in the views. There is also a small shower room to complete the interior in a stylish and modern fashion. Separating you from the rippling lake is a decked patio enclosed by glass so you can enjoy the views while sipping a cooling beverage. Climb into the hot tub and make the most of being out in the open countryside in all weathers, with the advantage of having a roof over the deck to shelter you from the wind.
