Enter the property and discover a well-fitted kitchen housing all of the home-from-home amenities needed to cook up a storm, and here there is also a dining space and a cloakroom. The sitting room is a charming space filled with natural light, featuring wooden flooring, a bare brick fireplace with an electric fire stove, and you can recline in a selection of stylish chairs or access the courtyard via patio windows. Ascend the stairs to find exposed original brickwork, giving the property a sense of history, and here there is a contemporary bathroom where you can freshen up before settling down into one of the three bedrooms, including two tastefully furnished singles with tall airy ceilings, exposed beams and floral feature walls, and a king-size bedroom with wooden flooring, stylish décor in grey hues and a dressing table situated beside a TV, ideal for catching up on your favourite shows. The village of Ottringham is a quaint location for a family getaway, with several local pubs and eateries, a historic church and easy access to the coast, and you can explore the wildlife at the nearby Welwick Saltmarsh.
