Continue through the property to find the pleasant kitchen/diner, where the chef of the group will be pleased with the selection of appliances available, including a countertop dishwasher and electric oven. When the budding chef has rustled up a tasty meal, enjoy it at the dining table whilst your catch up on your lakefront activities. Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom with a basin and WC; continue upstairs to find a fantastic bathroom, where you can relax your muscles in the bath with shower over. Why not spend the day out in Cockermouth, where you can wander through the Memorial Gardens, try your hand at putting at the Cockermouth Golf Club, or hike up the close-by Watch Hill.
