Ocean View caravan offers you the best of both worlds. Situated right on the sea front, all you look at is the sea, sand and sky and a two minute walk takes you directly onto the private sandy beach.
You are also part of a vibrant holiday park with lots of facilities and entertainment. A short drive or bus journey away are the busy coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
The caravan is clean, comfortable and spacious, with central heating and double glazing offering a quiet, cosy retreat after a day of adventures.
All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are supplied and beds will be all made up for you on arrival at no extra cost.
There is a large, wraparound decking outside for dining “al fresco” and a BBQ too. The decking is gated offering security for children and dogs. Pretty much everything you need for your holiday is there for you to enjoy.

Most facilities are available March to end October, outside these times It’s just you, your cosy caravan and the beach!
ONE well-behaved dog is welcome but must not be left unaccompanied in the caravan at any time or allowed in the bedrooms (please don’t ask about multiple dogs, only ONE is accepted/welcome, thank you) Cats are not allowed in the caravan.
