The dining area is a great spot to socialise with the family, sitting conveniently between the kitchen and lounge.A solid oak table with bench seating for up to six guests is provided for your comfort. The contemporary kitchen is well-appointed with black granite work tops and has direct access to the seaward facing patio through a second set of glazed doors, perfect for dining alfresco. The second bedroom is located off the entrance hallway on the ground floor, and is fitted with an Arts and Crafts-style double bed, and plenty of storage space.It looks out over the front garden planted with shrubs and parking area.
