    Jot Cottage is a very well presented property divided cleverly over three storeys. Enjoying a quiet residential location in a delightful terrace of cottages, the property is just a five minute walk from Salcombe’s boutique shops, award-winning restaurants and picturesque quayside. Batson Creek is also just a short walk away, for quick access to the slipway and car park.

    The property has a wonderful sitting room, complete with wood burning stove, plus a fabulously well equipped kitchen/dining room, with access to the rear garden, and a cloakroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms a family bathroom and separate shower room, whilst on the second floor there is a further twin bedroom. Two of the three bedrooms offer glimpses of Batson Creek!

    To the rear of the cottage is a good sized paved terrace with a table, chairs and barbecue. With mature planting, this is a wonderful spot to soak up the South Devon sunshine, whilst dining al fresco, or to enjoy a glass of something chilled after a day on the beach. Parking is not provided at the property but a parking permit is provided for the long stay car park and is only a very short walk away.
