A short drive away in Charlton Kings, The Royal is a lovely pub serving food all week, with a weekly quiz night and regular live music events. There are many lovely walks and bridleways in the area, with the Cotswold Way and Gloucestershire Way both passing close by. Golfers can enjoy the local courses, whilst other attractions include numerous unspoilt Cotswold towns and villages, National Trust properties, the Royal Forest of Dean and of course, Cheltenham with its beautiful Georgian architecture and famous Gold Cup horse racing. This charming Cotswold cottage makes a great base for a memorable holiday all year round.
