Ground Floor – Enter into The Pines where you are greeted with a small reception area with hanging space for coats and storage for shoes.
The kitchen/diner/lounge is an open plan area which overlooks a wonderful woodland vista with outdoor seating and electric waterfall feature. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cafetiere and plenty of larder space. There is a dining room table with chairs to seat 4. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating to seat all guests and boasts an electric wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player.
From the reception space there is a family bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
Bedroom 1 boasts a king size bed alongside plenty of built in wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps and smart TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, smart TV and built in wardrobe.
Outside
The Pines is situated on a large plot with plenty of decking space to the front and rear of the property. It is enclosed and therefore ideal for dogs and children.
Overlooks a lovely woodland vista.
There is private parking on the plot for atleast 3 cars.
Notes – Heating gas central heating.
Dogs 1 well behaved dog permitted. 2 will be considered upon request.

WiFi – free wifi is provided. Please note due to the location of The Pines and Kelling Heath, speeds and reliability cannot be guaranteed.
Leisure facilities are available in the village for a small extra cost on arrival to the entry desk.
Parking parking is available for 2 cars.
