With unique views directly over Kenfig Pool and the Nature Reserve, and beyond to Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsula, this property boasts an original inglenook fireplace with a wood-burner and several lime-washed walls. The beamed sitting room has a sofa, large dining table and Smart TV. Games are available for guests to use. A spacious study, just off the sitting room, provides a quiet area after a day on the beach, with a door leading to the outside flag-stoned patio area. The farmhouse also boasts a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet, while upstairs there is a bathroom and three good-sized bedrooms – one double, one twin and one single. The property is well placed for visits to a number of other popular attractions, including the surrounding National Nature Reserve, Margam Park, the ruins of the ancient monastery and Abbey Church are of historic interest, as is the Margam Stones Museum which has a collection of early Christian crosses. Wiggleys Fun Farm offers an all-weather fun experience for children.
