Carbis Bay Beach is a short walk away, it’s a fabulous sheltered bay, ideal for water sports and safe swimming, life guards are on duty at peak times of the year, from here you can connect to the South West coastal path, this dramatic cliff walk goes to St Ives in one direction and the golden sands of Gwithian in the other. A nearby scenic railway offers the same journey along the Cornish coast. Renowned for it’s world famous artists, St Ives is home to The Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, a traditional Cornish fishing village with fabulous restaurants and cafes serving locally caught seafood and world wide cuisine, a long with more fabulous beaches and breath-taking sea views.
