Booking Information
• We operate an approximate 3-month rolling availability window, so dates are generally open for booking up to three months ahead at any time
• Check-in from 3:00 p.m. with keys via a secure lockbox
• Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
• A fully refundable £175 security bond is included to cover any accidental damage or breaches of the house rules. It is purely a precaution; I have never had to claim it, and it is refunded in full after your stay as long as everything is left in good order
• Play passes for park facilities can be purchased online 12 weeks before arrival or in person at reception
